I find yet again that the pedestrian zone in White Hart Street is constantly having cars parking on the paths outside most of the “fast food outlets” or “barbers shop” each time a new shop opens the problem gets worse. Have I missed something that a pedestrian only zone should be for pedestrians only yet the rules/signs are being ignored and not a warden in sight to issue a ticket or enforce the rules. Most of these cars and mopeds have total disregard for the pedestrians and they park and drive in this zone without fear from being fined or moved on. If you’re going to allow these shops to keep opening enforce and protect the pedestrians and rules, this does not happen in any other town except Wycombe and happens almost everyday including the weekend. The wardens avoid the area and I ask myself why and so should you. Sort this ongoing problem out, let us feel safe and warn the businesses they are not above the law, target the ignorant inconsiderate drivers of these vehicles. Rant over, an easy fix for the council, no evidence needed just spend an hour in the area to witness for yourself
