Pedestrian crossings on Stoke Road with Wendover road and Walton St

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights & crossings problems with timings category anonymously at 06:00, Thu 23 November 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5243815.

In the whole "triangle" including a413/Wendover Road, Walton Street and Stoke road pedestrian traffic lights are not working properly! All of them stay green for only about 5 seconds and then turn red for the next 25 seconds while is red for the traffic, so unless you're looking at the light you're going to miss the signal to cross. That issue started when the traffic lights have been replaced recently. It is really confusing when/if or should you cross when you standing on the side of the road with red light for both pedestrians and cars for a half a minute. Unable to show the problem with an image only, I have made a short video but I'm not allowed to upload videos. Please review the timing as I'm not the only one unable to understand why, I have seen several near misses when people standing there long time decide to cross when the cars are about to move.
