Bucks Council own a tree at this location, which is overhanging the path and blocking the street light (also owned by BC). Please arrange for the necessary tree works.

  • Update

    Not all trees on Buckinghamshire Council land are maintained by the Highways Team, they are responsible for maintenance on the public highway, verge, footpath etc. Other trees for example those in parks, public spaces or woodlands are maintained by our Parks and Open Spaces Team.

    A Highways Officer has carried out an inspection and found that this tree is not classed as a highway tree, so we have forwarded the details of the report to the appropriate team who deal with this area.
