Being blocked to leave the car park

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5234195.

Last Tuesday 14th November my daughter got to the car park at 7.45 p.m. after finishing work and there were 2 Audi cars with Asian male drivers who blocked the ramp so my daughter could not get out. My daughter is 20 years old and felt vulnerable. Please could you check your CCTV for this time to get their registration number.
