Public bin outside ‘Leabank’. As this bin has no cover the contents are being pulled out by animals and strewn along the grass verge and often the pavement & road. This is a regular occurrence and we have previously reported this on here but nothing was done. A new bin with a cover is required here. We have to clear up this litter on a weekly basis. The contents are foul and a risk to anyone who attempts to clear it up or animals who may be trying to eat the contents.
