RingGo ends parking time prematurely

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5216471.

I entered Catlings Car Park at around 15:50 and used the RingGo app on my phone to pay at 15:54. I selected 30 minutes as the period and was charged £0:45. It then informed me the session ended at 16:00 and that I had less than 10 minutes. The attached image of the email confirms this. As chargeable parking continues to 18:00 as far as I remember, how can this be right?
