Flytip blocking pipes and caused road to flood near trenches lane

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (off-road) category anonymously at 15:04, Wed 15 November 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5215779.

Gentleman in the phone reporting fly tipping of branches and large tree waste on council ground. This is blocking up two pipes, which yesterday caused 2 ft of flooding over the road. The next several days we are forecast lots of rain and this is going to be an issue. Can someone please go out and clear these pipes before an accident is caused due to the surface water being so deep.

In the past Mr Franke has been asked to clear the pipes of debris before the waste team have arrived, however this is not his job; please ensure that the waste team get the pipes cleared for him, also going forward.

FMS ref is 5211715 and if they help, what three words are - Sparks.smiles.cattle and also Rings.locked.spirit for each of the pipes.
