We paid 4 pounds into the machine at Warwick Street Car Park (HP9 2PE) and no ticket was issued. I would like that four pounds to be refunded. I called the number given on the machine and spent 11.37 minutes speaking to Julie Leyland who sent us an email with RingGo's number but when I called it would not work. I would also like that money refunded for the call to Julie of Buckinghamshire Council to be refunded.
