Abandoned Range Rover Green

R779DNJ green range rover has been abandoned for months, it hasn't moved or anyone been to it, rear tyres are flat, suspension has collapsed, possibly too expensive to repair which is why it is abandoned. It blocks the road opposite a residents driveway and is a hazard for larger vehicles and emergency vehicles coming round the corner, also it blocks/limits the pathway access for pedestrians and prams. PLEASE REMOVE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE COMMUNITY.
