Unmaintained tree causing fall

Reported via mobile in the Tree roots raising a footpath category anonymously at 19:19, Mon 13 November 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5207457.

The tree outside this home drive is not maintained. It has growth from the sides which falls onto the public footpath. The tree roots are raising the ground in the area around it and it’s making the ground break. I spoke with the owner of the home who correctly said the council doesn’t keep the tree maintenance and they said they haven’t once had anybody maintained since they’ve lived there. It needs to be trimmed or cut it down if you cannot maintain it
