Frensham Walk SL2

Reported via desktop in the Cleaning/Sweeping category by Frustated Farnhan Common Residents at 12:06, Mon 13 November 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5204998.

We are a group of residents from Farnham Common. We are dissatisfied with how you are dealing with our reported problems. We are getting frustrated with Fixmystreet as you close the cases before they are resolved. This is leading to more and more residents giving up on this channel. You simply say who you are sending our enquiry to and then close the file for updates to us. I am sending a copy of all of our problems to Mr Richard Barker, Corporate Director Communities who has asked us to use this channel and we are going to share your responses with him so that the quality can be assessed. Please bear this in mind regarding our reports from this email address. Therefore you/he won't be surprised.

The trees in Frensham Walk are allegedly the responsibility of L & Q (We are writing to them also), however the problems that the mis management of these trees is causing flooding, slippery leaves to the footpaths and roads and these are your responsibility.

One of our resident has already made a complaint on fixmystreet but was referred to L & Q, surely this is your responsibility and you have far more clout than individuals.

Please do not close this account until the matter is resolved, regularly updates are welcomed.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Farnham Common Residents.
