Reported via desktop in the Emergency Road/Footway - Fallen tree causing an obstruction category anonymously at 09:32, Mon 13 November 2023

Around 450 yards from the Chalfont St Giles roundabout there is tree which has fallen across the a413 but this is still rooted in the ground and so it is unable to be moved. Is it dangerous enough to cause an accident so please can this be moved, thank you.
