This vehicle on a number occasions has parked on a drop curb and is obstructing access for emergency vehicles. If there was a fire a fire vehicle would not get access to the properties because this car had blocked the access. Equally if there was a medical emergency an ambulance would not get access. This vehicle is also obstructing vehicles for residents to access their property safely.
