Footpath is in a dangerous state due to building work carried out on 119 cherry tree road around 2020.They used the footpath to enter the rear of the property with machinery&diggers as a result the pathway is falling apart. They is also many branches overhanging onto the partway making walking down the pathway dangerous. They is also vegetation growing on side of the house which is encroaching onto the pathway
