Receipt website not working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5192089.

I paid for a ticket at the machine and I am unable to claim a receipt for my company expenses. The machine says to follow the link to but the website is unavailable and I cannot get the receipt for the parking that I paid for.
