Van parked on double yellow lines and blocking disabled access, despite publicly displayed signage.

This van has blocked access to our house for my son who is in a wheelchair. We have displayed a sign asking people not to park there as wheelchair access is required. He has a ramp to enter and exit our home which we have not been able to deploy due to the parking of this vehicle. Aside from the fact it is parked on double yellow lines, this is dangerous as it stops us from safely leaving the house with our child.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
