Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5185338.

Public bin yet again overflowing onto the floor. School children use this area at lunch time so if the bin isn’t emptied each day the bin overflows which is very unsightly and causes a significant rat problem to the houses nearby. This is a regular thing whereby the bin isn’t emptied each day.
