Untaxed vehicle dumped on dropped kerb

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5184762.

This vehicle has been dumped. It is not taxed. It is on a dropped kerb blocking entrance to a drive and does not belong to the owner of the house. This vehicle has been reported before yet DVLA and Bucks CC seem to not want to do anything about it. Can you fulfil your obligations and remove this dumped untaxed vehicle that has been parked illegally for over 4 weeks.
