Over grown hedge

The hedge is very over grown and is making it very difficult to see traffic when pulling out of the drive. It’s been like this a very long time also there are fire hydrates in the hedge Winslow road next to Abbotts way

  • Apparently it’s not a problem until the hedge is over growing onto the path. Until then it’s perfectly fine
