Continuous reckless parking on pavements breaking parking restrictions

Vehicles Continuously and recklessly parking on pavements making it hard for pedestrians and buggies to use, Vehicles breaking parking restrictions in place! There used to be traffic wardens regularly patrolling the area and administering tickets now they have all but disappeared so there appears to be no deterrent!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
