These two vehicles are obstructing the footpath. My wife and I had to walk in the road to pass these vehicles. Persons with prams, pushchairs, wheelchairs and the like would also have to divert into the road. The photos were taken 12.21 pm 4th November 2023

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
