Constant parking over footpaths dangerous for access and pedestrians . Corner of poets chase as you turn into Dolphin place there is cars Parking over the footpath on the corner blocking pathway for Pedestrians and forcing people into the road. also making it Dangerous for cars turning into dolphin place. there are also cars parking on the grass verge opposite the flats here. The freeholder of the flats should prevent this, there is plenty of off road parking available in Poets chase . Residents should not be parking in this way
