Its the 2nd day today the Grey Vauxhall Van registration: AX22 CXO is parked at the bus stop and I have been refused access to the bus with a 2 yr child in a buggy as this person has caused an obstruction and the bus drivers are unable to stop in the middle of the road due to safety issues. Could you please look into this as its not just myself but other public members having the same issue this morning. Park sensibily or dont park here at all.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (Traffic Warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
