Blocked drain routinely causing flooding

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5163021.
Whenever there is heavy rain, Yolsum close starts to flood. I believe this is caused by blocked drains on the road. This has already happened twice in the past 3 months. The water gets high enough to completely cover the pavement and get half way up our driveway. This has been reported before but nothing has been done yet. I worry that we are one storm away from flood damage to people's homes.
This has been passed to the Local Area Technician to investigate.
We know that an important part of any road network is the drainage system which is designed to carry water away from the road surface. Even when a gully is clean and well maintained it will only cope with a certain volume of water at one time, a sudden and heavy downpour can still cause flooding especially if the road is in a low lying area.
