Multiple street lights not working

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5161253.

6 - 8 street lights from Risbrough Road to Lower Road have not been working since early September. They'e been repaired twice, work for 24 hours, and then fail again. We then have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for someone to come and turn them on again. The area affected is in complete darkness and is directly outside Stoke Mandeville School, which will be affected now the clocks have changed.

  • The Street Lighting Team will carry out an inspection and order a repair if required, this can take up to 20 working days; however, due to the exceptionally high volume of reports currently being received, it may at present take longer than usual to complete this initial assessment.

    Once the issue has been investigated, the team will order any necessary repair.
