More of a Cat poo than dog poo

Noticed these roughly one week now. We do not know if these are dog or cat poo, but I suspect these are cat poos. As this area has been repeatedly used as a litter area and only cat do this. Also, there are a number of cats loitering around in this area. Can somebody please speak to the owners of these cats? They have to be more responsible. I can smell these in my garden and my children do not want to go to the garden anymore as it smells poo.

I am concern of my children’s welfare.
