Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5157043.

The fence bars have been lifted and has been left on the ground at Laveric Road near Lambrook Walk. There was a padlock on there and it is missing. Any vehicle can drive into the playing field because of that.
