Road liable to flooding

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5154608.

Bottom of Broughton Lane reaching Aston Reach entry towards junction with A41 is liable to flooding (was severely flooded about a week ago). The drains on the sides of the road seem to be blocked. Can you please take a look to prevent a situation like we had last winter when the road flooded so much that it had to be closed to traffic for several days. Thank you.
