Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5152182.

Temp lights in operation since last week - this morning they are causing chaos as schools are back, to make things worse there is no work taking place. There is a guy operating the lights but no-one carrying out any work. They do not need lights at the location , there is room for 2 rows of traffic as the road is quite wide here
