Regular Flooding of Pinecroft from the Henley Road

Reported via desktop in the Flooding on a road/footpath category by John Boon at 16:29, Fri 27 October 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5145334.

At Pinecroft we are annually experiencing flooding despite clearing our drains regularly ( 4 years running). We get a heavy flow of rain running off from the Henley Road which acts like a ‘river’ and results in flooding in front of our house and in our garage. To alleviate this the road kerbs needs to be raised at the crossover ( damaged by utility companies) and the crossover itself raised like a sleeping policeman. It’s unclear to us when the main roadside drains were last cleared and where the soakaways are. Please can you investigate and address. Thank you
