Rotten tree branch has fallen and damaged my fence

There has been a diseased tree outside my property for several years which I have previously complained about and now a very large branch from that tree has now fallen onto my fence. The branch is too large to remove by hand and has damaged my fence. Please remove the branch and ideally the whole rotten tree.

    We have completed our inspection of the issue and have made arrangements for it to be resolved within 6-8 weeks.
