Bollard has been hit

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5140482.

An RTC has hit a pedestrian bollard on the junction of Toweridge Lane and Chapel Lane. The bollard reference number is 684, some wires are exposed.
