The corner of Lady Verney Close and Benjamin Road

Reported via desktop in the Overhanging branch/tree category anonymously at 16:59, Wed 25 October 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5137317.

As you can see from the first photo, my friend who is totally blind has to get his Guide Dog to go into the road and round into Lady Verney Close (where he lives) to avoid the overhanging branches. It is a busy junction and on a bend so is very dangerous for him to do this. The second photo is taken on Benjamin Road, opposite the cemetery, travelling back towards Lady Verney Close. The bushes have really grown out over the pavement leaving little room for him and his Guide Dog to pas. The verge of the pavement is also quite high so if he slipped into the road it would be dangerous. His only other option is to cross backwards and forwards to the other side but obviously this is not the best option.
