This is being passed to the LAT to go and have a look, please, as has been an ongoing issue for the last two years, causing deteriorating structure. PLEASE ENSURE YOU KNOCK AT No7

Have a lady who has been on the phone several times trying to get a drain in her back garden cleared. She's been advised that it's Thames Water's responsibility, Thames Water have sent her a letter telling her it's BC responsibility. There is no drain on FMS appearing which would indicate that it's NOT ours, but is there a definitive way for us to prove its Thames, or an ombudsman, or something? It flows from the back garden, under the maisonette, into a drain in the car park at the front of the property.
