Illegal HGV overnight parking leaking contaminated waste water

Reported previously and closed as can’t find a pot hole repair on 5065644, again closed on Job number 5113643 as vehicle not found but whats the point of inspection at 11:00am when this is a nighttime issue? Please investigate correctly and action accordingly and don’t just lose off!!

This vehicle is over 7.5 tonnes, is not displaying an operating license and on top of that leaks waste onto the road, please fake correct actions! Every time the job is closed I will reopen if you you like? As you can see it’s irked there now 24/19/23 @ 19:30hrs!

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
