Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5129616.

Some of the flourescent bollards in the centre of the road on pelican crossing are filthy and no longer floursecent. Really dangerous in the dark as you cannot see them. Need cleaning and/or new flourescence.
