Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5128739.

This grit bin is damaged and can no longer be used safely. It appears abandoned and has not been filled in years.

  • This has been passed to our Winter Maintenance Team.

    If a salt bin is damaged beyond repair, we will order a new one. But this can take up to 28 days during the winter months when demand is high, or longer if stocks are low.

    We have completed our inspection of the issue and have made arrangements for it to be resolved within 6-8 weeks.

    Please be assured, we will continue to monitor the area in line with our Highways Safety Inspection Policy.
