The van is constantly parked here blocking the pavement. Has been reported before but nothing ever gets done about it.

It’s block the path and forcing walkers and cyclists onto the grass verge which is an uneven surface and dangerous.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
