Faulty payment machine

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5121581.

One machine was out of order and the other machine failed to take my payment card, i tried the ringo app but it wouldn't register me and then telephoned number but it got stuck on my make of car (polestar) so I was in unable to make payment.
