One machine was out of order and the other machine failed to take my payment card, i tried the ringo app but it wouldn't register me and then telephoned number but it got stuck on my make of car (polestar) so I was in unable to make payment.
Receive email when updates are left on this problem.
This has been passed to the Parking Services Team, an officer will carry out an inspection and arrange to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
