Bin in Lowndes Park close to overflowing

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5117542.

There is a bin down half the length of Chiltern Hills Academy in the park which is close to overflowing onto the floor. This is giving the park a bad image and is unhygienic. Please can the bin be emptied.
