Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5114865.

Missing road surface around manhole in middle of road means that there is exposed ironworks which is dangerous to vehicles on a particularly fast road. Has already been patched as emergency but this has already failed. Please re-patch as is dangerous

    The Emergency Team will carry out an assessment and arrange to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Initially the repair may be a temporary one, a permanent repair will be made as soon as possible
