Temporary traffic lights in place with no work progressing

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5114434.

There have been temporary lights erected by Thames Water in Aylesbury Road Wendover for a week causing major traffic disruption. No work is progressing on the site where work is actually restricted to the footway and really doesn't need road restrictions at all. This is a disgrace.
