Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5111792.

The timings of the traffic lights seem to have changed. They now only allow 4 cars to go through on a green light, which is creating huge tailbacks on Hammersley lane. Please could the timings be looked into, as they used to stay green long enough for more than 4 cars to go through. Thank you.
