On Prestwood Common by side of footpath around the field

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5107308.

The two bins adjacent to the path are full to overflowing. Could not report it on phone as the phone number on the bin had been torn off. Surely this is a public health hazard? I did not notice whether the bins at the other side of the field were also overflowing.
