Cars parking on a red cycle path

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5101193.

Several cars parking opposite each other on a narrow part of the road - struggle to get a recycling truck and emergency vehicles through. They are also parking right up to, and sometimes on, a clearly marked red cycle path/walkway so approaching cars cannot see if there any pedestrians approaching. Very dangerous for cyclists, and children walking to and from local schools. No consideration for anyone else.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
