This is the second submission from 63 The Gables, act also on behalf of our neighbours at 32 and 61. There is insufficient drainage for over 60m on a downwards slope to our properties. The grid system for the turning area are insufficient to capture the volumes of water during heavy rain. The grid system is tied to a soak away which is insufficient and requires serious engineering works to overcome the issue. I will continue to petition you until this matter is resolved. Thank you.
