Car parked recklessly and rude driver

On Friday the 6th of October cars were parked on each dropped curbs in Webster Road making it difficult for me and other pedestrians who are wheelchair user or pushchair. This car parked as seen in picture and the careless driver was the drop that filled the cup. If needed I will take pictures daily of each car parked illegally. Hopefully something will be done soon before anything happens

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
