The grass verge outside number 10

The grass virgins are used for parking all the way down the street. I went to park outside number 10, the only space available, and just in time. Time so the broken concrete slabs nestling in the grass. Had I have hit them there is no doubt it would have done serious damage to my car. I have never seen these there before and I feel it's also a trip has it to anyone walking

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
