On pavement near Chalfont St Peter library

Reported via desktop in the Parking on a footpath category anonymously at 08:11, Mon 9 October 2023

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5075666.

Large van parked on double yellow lines and significantly blocking the pavement. It’s been there four days now. Uploaded photo is from two weeks ago when it did the same thing. It needs more than just a ticket! Clamp it/tow it away! How can it be ok that they repeatedly obscure the view for people exiting co-op car park? Or block an area where multiple children wait for a school bus pick up? Where people walk their children to school in the village? Where older people walk with shopping trolleys or using mobility devices?
