27 August '23, past 22.00 hrs at night, youths were creating a noise disturbance and urinating in public. Thames Valley Police were informed but said that the footage sent wasn't clear enough and no other witness came forward so 'close' the report. They said as there's no public CCTV nothing can be done and have blamed Bucks Council for this; 1. are we going to allow urinating in public ? 2. any reason our street doesn't have CCTV?
